We are working on a couple of ideas suggested by our customers. 1. We are adding the Modbus protocol to the Constructor. You'll basically be able to create your own simple PLC. Add inexpensive Modbus I/O modules (We are currently using Waveshare for testing) to your computer, create the control circuit with the Constructor and then control real world devices with your Constructor.
We think schools will find this feature useful as a way to create inexpensive hardware training devices. We are just getting started with this and would appreciate and comments or suggestions you may have.
2. We are going to add simulation to Gate logic symbols (AND, OR, NOR, NAND, NOT, XOR, XNOR) This should be useful for schools and training centers as they teach Gate logic. We are still in the initial planning stage on this feature.
